Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label and authorization form.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all organic cotton tags and labels are still securely attached.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
